Objective:
Produce 120,000 pieces of specially patterned glass
to be made into Tiffany replicas. These were used
by Trinity Broadcasting Network as their November,
1996 "Love Gift."
Challenge:
This project came right on the heels of the night
light project. Quality and time were major factors,
but consistency was even more important than
before, since another company would be assembling
the replicas using pre-cut molding for the
edges.
Solution:
Our CAD designing and cnc glass cutting system
proved their value again. We were able to satisfy
our customer at the rate of 2,000 to 4,000 pieces
per day. This turned out to be their most popular
Love Gift to date!
