Objective:
Create a "seamless" vendor relationship with
JPI, the nation's largest
multifamily builder.
Challenge:
Install custom-fitted mirror walls (that are
usually found only in custom homes) in JPI's
apartment homes, along with vanity mirrors, shower
doors, and other glass products. We had to do this
without causing delays in their tight construction
schedule at each complex, while serving up to 12 or
more complexes at a time all across the state!
Solution:
We re-trained ourselves to fit our
customer's needs. In essence, this department of
our business became a department of our customer's
business. Like any efficient department, we
anticipate other departments' needs and schedules;
never waiting for the call, but anticipating and
addressing the need. By re-organizing in this way
we are able to serve JPI's unique needs without
interrupting service to our other valuable
customers. Read more about our partnership with JPI
by going to the Jefferson Estates home page.

beveled mirror strips and is typical of
the bathrooms in JPI's apartment homes.

Three-panel mirror
walls with beveled mirror strips make
JPI's apartments seem bigger, brighter,
and more luxurious.
